The respective Governor could prohibit the peddling in this community area on specific or indefinite time for all or for certain periods upon application of a Municipal Council. With the peddling-related commercial transactions of the Federal Minister for Commerce, trade, industry and buildings was also empowered the peddling to regulate related commercial transactions through regulation. However public performances and attractions were excluded. Outright bans in regions and communities in the lower Austrian Governor of the 03, June 15 and 18.10.1937 of regulations adopted bans for the peddling of from House to house in the following categories: for food, feed, fruits and vegetables, eggs, natural flowers, butter, milk, poultry, vegetables, shoul and wood. These prohibitions had their basis in 60 ABS 4 GewO. Prohibition Ordinance by the 08.03.1937 in the regulation of the lower Austrian Governor of the 08.03.1937 issued a ban on the municipalities of Hadersdorf Weidlingau, Hainburg an der Donau, Heidenreichstein, Langenlois, Payerbach, Reichenau, Schrems and stone on the Danube. In the village of Hadersdorf Weidlingau, food and feed as the domestic agricultural and forestry products were banned. Food as the domestic agricultural and forestry products were banned in the community of Hainburg on the Danube.
In the municipality of Heidenreichstein, fruit and vegetables were banned. In the town of Langenlois, food products of local agriculture and forestry have been banned. In the municipality of Payerbach, food and feed as the domestic agricultural and forestry products were banned. Food and feed products of local agriculture and forestry were prohibited in the municipality of Reichenau. Fruits and vegetables were prohibited in the municipality of Schrems. Food and feed products of local agriculture and forestry were prohibited in the municipality of stone on the Danube. Prohibition Ordinance by the 15.06.1937 in the regulation of the lower Austrian Governor of the 15.06.1937 issued a ban on the municipalities of Hinterbruhl, Krems on the Danube, Mauerbach and Obersdorf in Raabs.

Food and feed as the domestic agricultural and forestry products were banned in the town of Mauerbach. In the town of Obersdorf in Raabs, fruit and vegetables were banned. Prohibition Ordinance by the 18.10.1937 in the regulation of the lower Austrian Governor of the 18.10.1937 was a ban for the municipalities of Inzersdorf bei Wien, Kalksburg, Liesing, Perchtoldsdorf and Purkersdorf. Food and feed products of local agriculture and forestry were prohibited in the municipality Inzersdorf. In the municipality of Kalksburg, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables, natural flowers, butter, poultry and wood were banned. In the town of Liesing, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables and butter was banned. In the Perchtoldsdorf municipality foods as products of local agriculture and forestry were banned. Food products of local agriculture and forestry have been banned in the town of Purkersdorf.
